We started our Journey in 1990 where we catered to local corporate offices and busy construction sites under the name of Emma's Catering. We always wanted to grow the business and that came to fruition in 2015 when we bought our first specialty truck you now know as The Cali Food Truck. Since then, our business has grown to the point that we’ve purchased a second truck so we can better serve our amazing community in San Diego and Riverside County.
